To request a HOA Closing Payoff Letter / Letter of Estoppel please fax your request on Attorney / Company Letterhead to (770) 926-3952 

or email a scanned copy of your request on company Letterhead to closing@DPM-RE.com. 

Please include the following information:

•          Property Address

•          Name of Association

•          Buyer’s and Seller’s Names

•          Date of Closing

•          Date Letter is Required

•          Foreclosure Deed or HOA Liens (if applicable)

•          Email and Phone Number
