To Submit an Architectural Modification Request please login using the “Homeowner Login” tab
You will need your Account Number and Password.
At this point you will be able to download the appropriate Modification Request Form by selecting the corresponding pdf file. Please keep in mind that if you are requesting to paint the exterior of your house you will need to submit sample paint chips. Please submit any drawings and/or maps illustrating location of your house in relationship to the proposed project.(ie. mark trees that you would like to remove or indicate location of proposed new deck or fence.)
